Princess Mercilla

A cold, commanding ruler rendered in a Disney-inspired western cartoon style. Her sharp gaze and crossed arms radiate quiet menace. Her long serpentine lower body flows in gradients of teal to deep blue, giving her an otherworldly, almost predatory presence — a princess who rules through fear rather than grace.
